Falls Creek, PA – A Jefferson County woman is accused of reportedly threatening to slit a man’s throat with a meat cleaver.
Police were called out to a home on Main Street in Falls Creek on Oct. 20 for a domestic dispute.
The man who called them said that he and 29-year-old Amanda Williams of Falls Creek had been arguing.
She allegedly grabbed a meat cleaver from the kitchen and threatened to slit his throat if he fell asleep.
Police found a meat cleaver matching that description in the kitchen, but Williams denies making the threats.
She’s charged with misdemeanors for terroristic threats and harassment.
Williams is free on $20,000 bail and will have her preliminary hearing on Oct. 30.
