Reynoldsville, PA – A Falls Creek teen is being accused of resisting arrest and pinning a police officer against a wall.
18-year-old Kaden Murray had been at a home on Grant Street in Reynoldsville on Oct. 19. Police got a phone call from a concerned citizen who saw a Snapchat in which Murray and two other teens were drinking alcohol.
When police came to the home and found that the teens were drinking, Murray allegedly became belligerent.
When the officer attempted to put him in handcuffs, Murray reportedly struggled with her for several minutes.
Murray is charged with felony aggravated assault, plus misdemeanors for resisting arrest and furnishing liquor to a minor.
He was released of $25,000 unsecured bail.
The man who allegedly gave the alcohol to Murray has not been charged yet.
