Sandy Township, PA – Sandy Township Manager Dave Monella will be resigning on Nov. 15. Monella has been with Sandy Township in one capacity or another for 24 years.
He served as the public works director before being named as township manager in 2014. The township supervisors have accepted his resignation and thanked him for his years of service.
Monella says he is pursuing business in the private sector after years in public works.
He’ll be staying in Sandy Township. He says he wouldn’t want to live anywhere except for this special community.
