Reynoldsville, PA – A DuBois man is facing felony charges for allegedly selling heroin.

50-year-old David Berouty reportedly sold twelve stamp bags of heroin for $200 to a confidential informant on June 14. They met in Reynoldsville to make the deal.

The twelve baggies were stamped with the word “MOJO” in red ink.

Berouty is facing felony charges of the manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver, plus criminal use of a communications facility.

Unable to post $100,000 bail, he remains lodged in the Jefferson County Jail. Berouty’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 28.
