Philipsburg, PA – A Philipsburg man pleaded guilty to selling meth, cocaine, and bath salts recently.

39-year-old Mark Rinehart was sentenced to 7 ½ to 15 years in state prison.

Rinehart pleaded guilty to felony charges of criminal conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine (100 to 1,000 grams), possession with intent to deliver cocaine (50 to 100 grams), and possession with intent to deliver bath salts (50 to 100 grams).

The charges date back to April when police searched Rinehart’s home on Chester Hill and found 12 containers of methamphetamine, 13 containers of cocaine, five containers of bath salts, two suboxone strips, and 12 unknown pills, along with paraphernalia for using and selling drugs.

27-year-old Lyndsie Holderman of Bellefonte was caught along with Rinehart at the same time and is facing similar charges. Her sentencing will be held on Aug. 30.
