Munson, PA – Three Clearfield County men are being accused of having sex with farm animals, as well as endangering and corrupting a teen boy.
32-year-old Matthew Brubaker, 34-year-old Marc Measnikoff, and 41-year-old Terry Wallace were all arrested by state police on Saturday at their home in Munson, just east of Clearfield.
It was a part of an ongoing investigation into reports of abuse at their makeshift farm. Police say they found evidence that the three men had been photographing and filming the sexual abuse of animals, including horses, a cow, a goat, and dogs.
A 16-year-old boy had been living at the farm for the past four or five years. According to him, the living conditions were “deplorable.” He says there was no electricity or bathrooms, there was very little food, and he regularly had to collect rainwater in order to shower.
The teen boy has been taken into protective custody. Although investigators say that there aren’t any allegations that the boy was abused, he was exposed to the things that the three men had been doing.
Officials will be continuing to interview the boy and get him any help he needs.
The Clearfield County SPCA is still in the process of finding good homes for the animals.
Brubaker, Measnikoff, and Wallace are all facing felony charges for endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors.
They have also been charged with 1,460 misdemeanor counts of sexual intercourse with an animal and 1,460 summary counts of cruelty to animals.
Their bail has been set at $100,000 each, and their preliminary hearings are scheduled for this Wednesday.
