DuBois, PA – Some big names will be in DuBois for the official ribbon cutting and dedication of the Rose and Dennis Heindl Memorial Field this Sunday, including Pittsburgh Pirates owner, Bob Nutting, and Pirates president Frank Coonelly!
The ribbon cutting was originally scheduled for June 3 but had to be rescheduled due to bad weather.
Everyone is welcome to show up this Sunday from 1 until 3 at Heindl Field in the DuBois City Park, not just for the ceremony but also for a day of fun and a Challenger League baseball game.

In addition to the Challenger teams, plus Bob Nutting and Frank Coonely from the Pirates, you can also meet the Pittsburgh Pirate Parrot and Bucco Brigade.
You can even meet Dennis Heindl, a major financial supporter who made the construction of the new baseball field possible.
Johnny Peers and his Muttville Comix will show off some tricks with very talented dogs.
The DuBois Little League will be serving free hot dogs, chips, and drinks.
Plan to be at the DuBois City Park this Sunday to celebrate the ribbon cutting and show off the skills of the Challenger League teams at the new Heindl Memorial Field!
