Reynoldsville, PA – A Brookville man is accused of fleeing from police while riding on an ATV with his toddler in Reynoldsville.

37-year-old Dustin Wolfe allegedly had his toddler sitting on the seat in front of him while riding down Grant Street in Reynoldsville on Saturday, July 28.

Police say that, even after they turned on their siren and lights, Wolfe turned around and screamed that he saw them but wasn’t going to stop and was going to go home.

Police went to the home where Wolfe drove to and found the woman who owned the ATV. When police attempted to arrest Wolfe, he resisted.

He had reportedly been using the ATV because this driver’s license had been suspended for a DUI.

Wolfe is facing felony charges for fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, plus endangering the welfare of children. He also faces additional misdemeanors for resisting arrest, simple assault, driving while license is suspended, and other traffic summaries.

Unable to post $35,000 bail, he was taken to the Jefferson County Jail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 28.
