Reynoldsville, PA – Two people are being charged after being caught with more than $2,000 worth of heroin in Reynoldsville recently.

On June 26, 2018, Sgt. Murray of the Reynoldsville Borough police department assisted State Parole with a warrant on Jackie Yohe III at 1113 Grant St. in Reynoldsville Borough.

Jack Yohe III was found inside the apartment leased by Tonya Pearce-Werner.

A search of the apartment was conducted and over two bricks of heroin were seized, a street value of $2,100.

Jackie Yohe III was taken in to custody by state parole agents and transported to a state correctional institution.

On July 6, charges were filed against Jackie Yohe III for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and recklessly endangering another person.

An arrest warrant was issued for Tonya Pearce-Werner on the following charges: possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of children.

Tonya Pearce-Werner was taken in to custody by Sgt. Murray and Officer Winfield of the Reynoldsville Borough Police department and transported to the Jefferson County Jail.

Bail was set at $40,000 cash.

Unable to post bail, Tonya Pearce Werner remains lodged in the Jefferson County Jail.
