Punxsutawney, PA – In Punxsutawney, there’s still plenty to celebrate during the Groundhog Festival.

Roger Steele, the chairman of the Groundhog Festival, says it’s kind of like Groundhog Day but with a summer twist.

Friday, July 6

Kids tractor pull from 9 until 10:30

Flowers and plants are on sale until 5 p.m.

The Rock and Roll Pet Show is performing at noon.

They’ll also have balloons for kids in between the shows.

Then it’s two performances by Tom Sadge with his Neil Diamond tribute, first at 7:30 and then again at 9.

 

Saturday, July 8

The plant and flower sale continues from 10 until 2

Steeltown Cowboy, a country/rock band, will play from 2 until 4.

Jeff Krick Jr. and the Spinouts perform their Elvis tribute twice on Saturday, once at 7:30 and then again at 9.
