Punxsutawney, PA – The 2018 Punxsutawney Groundhog Festival will be held kicks off this Sunday and lasts until Saturday, July 7.
This Sunday, it’s the car cruise and a Christian worship band, Reach The Masses. On Monday, it’s the diaper derby for kids and country music from The Hillbilly Way. Tuesday, there’s a 5K run or 2 mile walk, plus up-tempo pop, rock, and disco music from Tool Shed Jack.
On Wednesday, July 4th, come for a day of music with Heather Olson and the a Beach Boys tribute band, plus fireworks to close out the night.
On Thursday, there’s even more fun with a plant and flower sale and music from The Main Street Cruisers, with songs from the ‘50s, ‘60s, and ‘70s. On Friday, enjoy the kids’ tractor pulls and a Neil Diamond tribute. Closing it out on Saturday, it’s country-rock with Steeltown Cowboy and an Elvis tribute later from Jeff Krick Jr. and the Spinouts.
