Philipsburg, PA – A 3-year-old child was found wandering outside her home naked in Philipsburg after the man who was supposed to be taking care of her had gotten high and passed out.

When police arrived, the child was already safe in the care of a family friend.

A witness said she went to the house earlier in the day to check on the boy and found the 26-year-old Philipsburg man passed out in the bedroom.

The 3-year-old was found outside of the home, naked and without supervision.

The witness tried to wake the man up but was unsuccessful.

Police have not yet identified the man, and the investigation is ongoing.
