DuBois, PA – If you’re on a diet, take a break from it tonight and tomorrow and enjoy some of the delicious food at DuBois Community Days! Here’s a look at the menu and the full schedule of events.

All of the booths within the DuBois City Park are either non-profits or are sponsors of the event. Whenever you buy your meal at Community Days, the money you pay stays in the pockets of local non-profits and charities, remaining right here in DuBois.

Some favorites:

** Volunteer Hose Company #1’s fireman platter

** JE DuBois Hose Company #3’s smoked pork, turkey, and brisket sandwich

** Fourth Ward Hose Company, known for their chicken BBQs held at the station throughout the year, has decided to bring the chicken BBQ to the City Park this year

** Friendship Hose Company will be serving Firehouse Pizzeria pizza and wings

** The Boy Scouts will have their famous fresh cut fries and chicken fingers

** Funnel cakes can be purchased from the Sabula Raiders and other booths

** Hope Missions and Studio 55 offer chicken on a stick / corn on the cob

** Tri-County has a large tent with hot and cold coffee drinks

** Also snowcones, cotton candy, kettle corn, and much more

Community Days officially opens tonight at 5 p.m., and continues with plenty of music, food, entertainment, games, and other fun until the fireworks at 10 p.m. Saturday night.

This is the 27th Annual DuBois Community Days. It’s a time to get together with your family and friends, listen to some fantastic music, be amazed and delighted by the performances, and enjoy all of that delicious food!

All of the booths within the DuBois City Park on Friday and Saturday are either non-profits or are sponsors of the event. Whenever you buy your meal at Community Days, the money you pay stays in the pockets of local non-profits and charity organizations, staying right here in DuBois.

There is also plenty of great entertainment, with live music at the Edward V. Cherry Amphitheater each night, wandering performers throughout the park and the Pyrotechnic FX Vitale Family Fireworks.

We can’t wait, and we hope to see you at Community Days Friday and Saturday in the DuBois City Park!
