DuBois, PA – A DuBois man allegedly assaulted a woman and threatened to kill her and police.
25-year-old Anthony Schilling is facing changes of strangulation, making terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, and simple assault.
The victim came to the hospital on June 8 for her injuries, and she told police that she and Schilling had been in an argument over their child.
She says Schilling punched her, bit her, choked her, and held a knife to her throat.
The victim was able to run away to a friend’s house, who took her to the hospital.
When police arrested Schilling at his home, he allegedly also threatened to kill them.
Schilling remains in the Clearfield County Jail on $200,000 bail, awaiting his preliminary hearing.
