Cameron County, PA – Two women from St. Marys were injured after a crash in Cameron County.

46-year-old Melissa Laughlin was driving with 50-year-old Katherine Renaud in her Jeep along Quehanna Highway around 12:45 Saturday afternoon.

Police say another vehicle driven by 18-year-old Luke Caskey of Saint Marys was following closely behind them as part of a convoy, with 21-year-old Cold Lenze of St. Marys as his passenger.

When Laughlin slowed down to make a turn, Caskey could not slow down in time and struck the woman’s Jeep, causing it to overturn.

Laughlin and Renaud were both taken to Penn Highlands DuBois. Laughlin had serious injuries, and Renaud had injuries of unknown severity.

Neither of the men in the other vehicle were injured.
