Reynoldsville, PA – More than a year after the overdose death of a 21-year-old woman in Reynoldsville, a Philadelphia man is facing charges.
66-year-old Edward “Lucky” Minner allegedly provided the heroin that would later kill Brittany Sebring at a drug house on Reynoldsville’s 10th Street, owned by Jamie Beach.
Sebring was found dead in the home on May 1, 2017, after Minner had reportedly given her three baggies of heroin. She also had meth in her blood system at the time of death.

Minner is faces felony charges of drug delivery resulting in death, possession of a prohibited firearm, and manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver.
Unable to post $100,000 bail, Minner remains lodged in the Jefferson County Jail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 30.
