New Bethlehem, PA – Four local men are facing felony assault charges after a bar fight in March that left one man in the hospital.

23-year-old Gary Rhodes of Mayport, 23-year-old Anthony Ortz of New Bethlehem, 23-year-old Braxton Orr of New Bethlehem, and 36-year-old Brent Lee of Fairmont City had allegedly been at a bar in New Bethlehem on March 19.

Police say that there had been an argument, and the victim and his father were told to leave.

Rhoodes, Ortz, Orr, and Lee reportedly followed the victim outside and fought him to the ground, repeatedly punching and kicking his head.

The victim had to get surgery to fix a fractured jaw, among other injuries.

The four men all face felony charges for aggravated assault, plus misdemeanors for recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, and disorderly conduct. They are all free on $25,000 monetary bail. Their preliminary hearings are scheduled for April 17.
