Clarion, PA – Police are searching for a Clarion man who was involved in a DUI crash that left himself and a passenger injured.

A felony arrest warrant is out for 30-year-old Steven Rosher.

The charges date back to December of 2017, when Rosher crashed on the River Hill portion of Route 322 near Clarion.

Both Rosher and the woman who was his passenger had to be lifeflighted to Pittsburgh with serious injuries.

Police noted that there was a lot of broken glass near the crash scene, but most of it was actually from broken beer bottles.

Rosher was tested and found to have a blood alcohol content of .279. He also tested positive for cocaine.

Rosher admitted that they had been drinking before the crash at a friend’s home. The female passenger was actually under the age of 21, but she says that they also went to a bar in Knox that didn’t card her. She felt unable to drive her car, so she had asked Rosher to drive.

He faces a slew of charges, including felony fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, and misdemeanors for DUI, accidents involving injury, and recklessly endangering another person.

Because of the long investigation, charges weren’t actually filed until March 9. By now, police were unable to find Rosher and are asking for your help in locating him.
