Treasure Lake, PA – Police are asking for your help locating a fugitive who is wanted for the drug delivery resulting in the death of a Jefferson County man.

32-year-old Ryan Saline of Treasure Lake is accused of selling the heroin that would eventually kill an unnamed 29-year-old man.

The victim’s sister said that, on Aug. 30, she and the victim had gone to Saline’s house to purchase marijuana and three stamp bags of heroin, labelled with the word “Rolex.” She later found that he had died the next day of a drug overdose.

After an investigation, Saline allegedly admitted that the victim had been his friend and that he heard that he had died.

Police say they have evidence that Saline had sold the heroin stamped with the word “Rolex” that led to the man’s overdose, though Saline denies the allegations.

A warrant has been issued for Saline’s arrest, but police have so far not been able to contact him. If you know where he might be, please call State Police in Punxsutawney or your local officers.

State police say caution should be used, as Saline has resisted arrest in the past.
