Reynoldsville, PA – A Reynoldsville woman is making her way through the court system after she was accused of stealing a Percocet prescription in January.

43-year-old Holly Conley of Reynoldsville waived her preliminary hearing recently for felony charges of acquiring or obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, along with other lesser theft and drugs charges.

On Jan. 17, a known but unnamed man reported to Reynoldsville Borough Police that a prescription had gone missing from his home. He suspected that Holly Conley had taken it.

A doctor had written the man two prescriptions for 80-day supplies of Perocet in December, one to be filled in January and the other to be filled in February.

One of those prescriptions went missing on Jan. 4. The pharmacist told police that the prescription was filled with a generic brand of Percocet and signed for by Holly Marsh on Jan. 15.

Holly Conley, who also goes by Holly Marsh-Conley, reportedly admitted to filling and using the prescription.

Conley remains lodged in the Jefferson County Jail on $5,000 monetary bail.
