After more than 8 years of being owned partially by a French company, the Fullington Auto Bus Company once again is owned entirely by the Fullington family. Michael and Lory Fullington bought all outstanding shares of the company stock, which has previously been owned since 2009 by RATP Dev.
The French company is the fourth largest ground transportation company in the world and had purchased the stocks as a way to enter the US Market. The Fullington family says they have grown since then and were ready to take back complete ownership. Although the family says they learned a lot from RAPT Dev, they believe that 2018 is the right year to repurchase the company.
