Sigel, PA – Jury selection is scheduled for a Sigel man who police say was selling crystal meth and other drugs.

During a drug investigation in August involving a confidential informant, 37-year-old William Todd was found with drugs that were packaged and ready to be sold.

Todd was in a vehicle with another man, Curtis Walker who is also facing drug charges.

Police searched Todd and found he had about 6.5 grams of crystal methamphetamine on him, along with $700 in cash. The meth was packaged into 3.5- and 1-gram packages. Officers also found a small amount of marijuana, packaging material, and other drug paraphernalia.

Todd was taken to the Jefferson County Jail in October, but was later released after posting $40,000 bail.

Jury selection for Todd’s case is set for March 12, and selection for Walker’s case will be Feb. 5.

Todd is facing felony charges for unlawful activity and the manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver. He also faces misdemeanor drug charges.

Walker is facing similar drug charges, including three felonies and two misdemeanors.
