DuBois, PA – Joe’s Cleaning and Alterations is hoping to get most of their winter coats for their annual coat collection by this weekend.

Help somebody stay warm this winter by bringing it to Joe’s Cleaning and Alterations on West Long Avenue in DuBois.

You don’t even have to worry if it’s not in perfect shape. The team at Joe’s Cleaning and Alterations will clean the coats, make minor repairs, and then donate them to the DuBois Salvation Army. All coats will stay local and be distributed in our area.

Joe’s Cleaning and Alterations has collected more than 4,000 coats within the past 15 years, and this year will likely bring that total to 5,000.

They’re hoping to have most of the coats in by this weekend, but you can donate throughout winter. The sooner the get the coats, the sooner they can give them to the Salvation Army to help keep our neighbors warm!
