Brockway, PA – A Brockway man who was allegedly found with more than 130 stamp bags of heroin pleaded guilty and was sentenced.

Police pulled over 21-year-old Tristen Shugar in March for a traffic stop. After noticing other signs of drugs in the car, police search the vehicle and found the heroin, which had the letters MJ stamped on the bags.

Shugar was sentenced to six months to three years in state prison.

22-year-old Justin Prave was also in the car at the time. The men were coming back from Pittsburgh where they had reportedly bought the heroin. Prave’s case is still pending.
