Clearfield, PA – A man who was reportedly found with explosive materials, including an active pipe bomb, while on the run from police in March has taken a guilty plea deal.

24-year-old Jonathan Harvey of Morrisdale was originally facing felony charges for weapons of mass destruction, but he will take lesser charges for prohibited offensive weapons. There is no word yet what his sentence will be.

Harvey was a fugitive when police found him in the home of 22-year-old Jake Schneider of Munson. While searching the home, police found explosive materials and drugs, including synthetic marijuana or K2 that was packaged to be sold.

Schneider has also accepted a plea agreement, but has not yet been sentenced.
