Clarion, PA – Sixteen people were charged yesterday in a street-level drug bust trafficking investigation throughout Clarion County.
Most of the arrests involved the sale of heroin and other opioids, including morphine, Percocet, Subutex, suboxone, and oxycodone. However, there were also other types of drugs being sold or trafficked, such as marijuana, THC wax, and LSD.
The arrests were a joint effort and a several-month long investigation by the Clarion Narcotics Enforcement Team and the State Police Vice Unit.
25-year-old Lilly Felmlee of Parker, PA
Charged with delivering 10 pills (10 mg) of a mix of acetaminophen and oxycodone hydrochloride, typically sold under the name Percocet, Endocet, or Primlev. She allegedly exchanged 10 pills for $100 with a confidential informant in April of 2015 in a car wash parking lot in Sligo. Felmlee allegedly told the confidential informant that she got the pills from Terry McIntyre, who is now jailed on other drug charges.
29-year-old Jason Geibel of Fenelton, PA
Charged with delivering buprenorphine (a narcotic used to treat opioid addiction) to a confidential informant. He allegedly set up the sale via Facebook and sold the drugs to a confidential informant in the Riverside parking lot in East Brady in August of 2016.
29-year-old Russell Hartzell of Knox, PA
Charged with conspiring to delivery heroin. The confidential informant set up a time to purchase heroin from Russell Hartzell and Lindsey Wolbert. Hartzell sent a woman to make the exchange. The confidential informant purchased a total of 20 stamp bags of heroin for $340. The drug sale was set up via Facebook messages and text messages.
29-year-old Anthony Knight of Knox, PA
Charged with conspiring to deliver Oxycodone. Anthony Knight allegedly drove a woman to deliver drugs to a confidential informant in June of 2016 in Clarion. The woman allegedly delivered Percocet and a mix of acetaminophen and oxycodone in exchange for $100.
37-year-old Kristin McGiffin of Rimersburg, PA
Charged with the delivery of suboxone. McGiffin allegedly sold a pair of suboxone pills to a confidential information two separate times, ones in November of 2016 and another time in January of 2017, in exchange for $80 each time. Social media and a cell phone were used to set up the sale.
31-year-old Brandon O’Day of Oil City, PA
Charged with delivery of methamphetamine. O’Day allegedly sold .09 grams of meth to a confidential informant for $80 in the Clarion Sheetz parking lot in February of 2017.
25-year-old Kayla Patton of Rimersburg, PA
Charged with delivering Subutex to a confidential informant. Patton allegedly sold four pills in exchange for $200 in June of 2015. The meeting was set up via text messages.
20-year-old Katrina Pohl of Mayport, PA
Charged with delivering LSD to a confidential informant in exchange for money in April of 2017.
54-year-old Russell Reedy of Knox, PA
Charged with delivering dihydrocodeinone, a semi-synthetic opioid, to a confidential informant in July of 206. The drug exchange was allegedly set up via text messages. Free on $25,000 bail.
52-year-old Annette Zeitler of Clarion, PA
Charged with delivery of morphine. Zeitler allegedly delivered five pills of morphine for $100 to a confidential informant in Clarion in June of 2016. The exchange took place in front of her daughters. She allegedly also sold another three pills of morphine for $60 to a confidential informant in July of 2016. The informant also says that they saw another person buying pills from Zeitler shortly beforehand.

23-year-old Braden Ferringer of Sligo, PA
Charged with delivery of suboxone
23-year-old Melissa Townsend of Rimersburg, PA
Charged with conspiracy to deliver
29-year-old Samantha Vera of West Melbourne, FL
Charged with the delivery of morphine
23-year-old Shane Whitehouse of Stoneboro, PA
Charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana
