Remember, kids 12 and under can participate in our annual Halloween parade today in DuBois, co-sponsored by Cooper Tire and Auto, DiLullo Transport, Great Clips, Firehouse Pizzeria, Shankel’s Pharmacy, Advanced Disposal, and Syktich Appliance.

Line-up will be in the Shankel’s Pharmacy parking lot at 4:30, and the parade will start at 5. There will be music and costume judging afterwards, then pizza and cake at the First United Methodist Church. Come join us in your best costume and have some fun!

***

Drive slower, especially in residential areas. Do not text and drive ever, but especially not when so many kids will be on roadways! Turn your headlights on early.

Trick-or-treat in groups. Kids under 12 should be with an adult. Wear reflectors and carry flashlights. Walk on sidewalks, not on road. Look both ways and don’t dart into the street. Do not go into anyone’s house or garage.
