Brookville, PA – Although the upcoming medical marijuana grow center in Brookville has already begun construction and plans on opening by mid-December, they now have official permission from the governor to begin planting seeds.

Cresco Yeltrah, the owner of the site in Brookville as well as dispensaries in Butler and Pittsburgh, is the first cultivator to get the state’s permission to grow and process marijuana for the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana program.

People who have one of 17 approved conditions could qualify to get a prescription for medical marijuana.

The product would come in numerous ways, including oils, patches, and pills, all of which Cresco Yeltrah says provide medical relief without any sort of euphoric “high.”

The full line of products should be available to those with prescriptions by February of 2018.
