Rimersburg, PA – As the death of a Clarion County woman is still under investigation, three people are facing felony drug charges in connection with it.
23-year-old Jennifer Elder of Petrolia, 40-year-old Wendy Fross of Rimersburg, and 46-year-old Matthew Hoover of Rimersburg have all been charged with operating a meth lab and manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, among numerous other related charges.
The body of 28-year-old Kayla Dunlap was found near Oneida Valley Dam in Butler County in the middle of September. It’s still unclear how she died or who was involved, but she had fresh defensive wounds.
Dunlap was known to stay in the same house sometimes as Elder, Fross, and Hoover. While investigating the home, police reportedly found a meth lab there.
Police are still investigating Dunlap’s death. There is still no word on whether Elder, Fross, or Hoover will face any additional charges.
