Reynoldsville, PA – A DuBois man was left with minor injuries yesterday after he reportedly crashed his motorcycle into the back of a pickup truck.

Police say 55-year-old Ricky Kautz of DuBois was following too closely when he rear-ended a truck driven by 40-year-old Barry Fillman of Reynoldsville.

It happened around 5:30 yesterday afternoon as the truck was stopped near Reynoldsville at the intersection of Route 322 and Big Run Prescottville Road.

Kautz was thrown from his motorcycle. He was wearing a helmet but had minor injuries. He was taken to Penn Highlands DuBois by ambulance.

Fillman and a 7-year-old boy who was riding in the truck were both wearing their seatbelts. Neither of them were injured.
