Clarion, PA – This weekend, it’s a night of comedy to raise money for a serious topic. It’s time for the 7th annual Funny Fundraiser benefiting PASSAGES, the sexual violence victim’s advocacy agency serving Clarion, Jefferson, and Clearfield counties.
Marlene Austin, the director of PASSAGES, explains what the organization does.
The dinner and comedy show will be this Saturday, Sept. 9 at the Park Inn by Radisson in Clarion.
Performances include the humorous host, David Kaye; the funny feature, Lisa Daprich; and the hilarious headliner, Doc Dixon, the comedy magician as seen on The Late Late Show with James Cordon.
A $30 donation includes dinner, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages. A cash bar is also available. Doors open at 6 on Sept. 9. Dinner is at 6:30, and the show is at 8.
