DuBois, PA – A DuBois man who is accused of selling heroin that caused at least two overdoses has asked for his bail to be lowered, but the judge refused.
22-year-old Terron Davis-Williams was originally arrested on July 7 after he allegedly sold 50 stamp bags of heroin for $400 to a confidential informant. He attempted to flee when police went to arrest him during the drug sting.
The heroin that he was selling was stamped with the word “spider.” Police say that this batch of heroin caused two people to overdose, but both individuals were able to be revived with Narcan.
The judge says that he denied lowering Davis-Williams bail because it had already been lowered from $100,000 to $50,000 during his preliminary hearing.
