Osceola Mills, PA – A man reportedly attacked a car load of people in Osceola Mills yesterday. It happened just after 5 p.m. on Sunday along Lingle Street in Osceola Mills, Clearfield County.

29-year-old Mark Hacket of Osceola Mills reportedly kicked out the driver’s side rear window of a Hyundai Elantra while all the victims were in the car.

Hacket allegedly assaulted 27-year-old Joshua Dotts of Osceola Mills. A 2-year-old boy had to be treated for possible glass in his eyes from the window being broken.

The other two people in the car, 49-year-old Lisa Rauch and 25-year-old Francesca Rauch, both of Clearfield, were not injured. However, police say they were alarmed and annoyed.
