DuBois, PA – A DuBois man is facing charges after he allegedly exposed himself to three different women.
29-year-old Christopher Noland is charged with three misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and three summary counts of harassment for incidents on June 21, 22 and 25. In all three cases, police say that Noland lured the woman over by asking them for directions and then allegedly exposed himself to them.
In the first incident on June 21, a woman was walking near Penn Central Door when a man wearing sunglasses and a gray sweatshirt asked her for directions to Walmart. She gave him directions and then started to walk away. That’s when he allegedly removed the sweatshirt from around his waist and exposed his genitals to her.
On June 22, a second woman told police that a man matching the same description asked her for directions to Walmart and had exposed himself to her as well. He had reportedly been driving a white SUV.
In the third incident, another woman was walking on South Main Street in DuBois on June 25. She says a man matching the same description was sitting in a parking lot in a white Jeep Cherokee. He asked her for directions to Walmart and exposed himself when she approached the vehicle.
Police found Noland, who matched the description of the man, driving on North Main Street on June 30. They took him into custody for questioning. Noland allegedly admitted that he was the man that the women saw.
Police say that Noland told them that he was doing it as a joke and apologized for causing any fear.
His preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 18.
