Clearfield County, PA – After heavy rain on Thursday and Friday, the American Red Cross has stepped in to assist families in Clearfield County.
The worst flooding in Clearfield County seems to be in Coalport, where some residents had to be evacuated.
The Red Cross has a reception center open at the St. Basil the Great Church, at 183 Locust Street in Coalport.
Anyone who was evacuated in the area can go there for supplies, meals and comfort. You can also pick up a clean-up kit of products to clean up the mess left by flood waters.
Volunteers are focusing on Coalport first and then head to Westover.
