DuBois, PA – A DuBois man was arrested on Friday in a heroin bust. DuBois City Police say that investigators set up a controlled buy from 22-year-old Terron Kenneth Davis-Williams.
During the controlled buy around 10 p.m. on Friday, Williams allegedly sold 50 stamp bags of heroin on West Washington Avenue in DuBois.
When officers approached Williams, he fled. He was quickly caught about a block away. Police say that Williams had minor injuries resulting from a struggle with officers but he didn’t need medical treatment.
Police report that they found Williams was transporting an additional 100 stamp bags of heroin and was also in possession of more than $1,000 in cash.
Williams has been charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communication facility, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activity, possession of a controlled substance, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, and flight to avoid apprehension.
Williams was taken to the Clearfield County Jail. His bail was set at $100,000. DuBois City Police say that Williams is still the subject of several other open and ongoing investigations. According to the report, police expect to file additional charges against him.
